STEP 1 | ADDRESS

The Mas du Rocher is just 1.8 km from the charming village of Puget, on the way to Mérindol :

From the D973, turn right at the crossroads onto Chemin des Beaumes.

Continue on Chemin des Beaumes. At the bridge, slowly take the dirt track on your right.

Go straight on, then take the first left.

STEP 2 | RETRIEVE KEYS

If you would like an “Early Arrival”, please book this option here :

1. Go to the key box: The key box is fixed to the wall between the gate and the mailbox.

2. Open the key box: Use the following code to open the key box:

To dial the key box code, turn each digit individually until the complete code is aligned. 

Then press the two buttons on either side of the box simultaneously. This should release the locking mechanism and open the box.

Inside the box you’ll find 2 keys:

  • a remote control for the electric gate,
  • a key for the Mas du Rocher entrance door.

Finally, once you’ve taken the keys, be sure to close the box securely. For security reasons, please scramble the code by turning the numbers randomly. This will prevent the correct code from remaining visible

STEP 3 |HOME ENTRY

3. Open the gate: Use the yellow key to open both gates and gain access to the property.

4. Park indoors: you can park your car near the front door of the house.

5. Discover the Mas du Rocher: open the wooden door with the black key, then the glass door with the green key.

In your absence

Turn off the lights, the heating system, and your devices – to save energy
Close windows, shutters, doors – for security, weather risks and local wildlife

Upon your departure

Remove the bed linen and used towels (except mattress and pillow protectors) – and drop them off at the entrance
Retrieve only your personal belongings
Wash the dishes and kitchen appliances – dry them and put them away – Empty the refrigerator
Departure & key return no later than 10am
Report your departure – and any feedback or comments

OPERATION

To open and close the pool, turn the key:
– To the left, open the roller shutter
– To the right, close the roller shutter

Please do not remove the robot.

 If you need to remove temporarily, don’t forget to switch it back on after use to keep the pool clean.

We recommend not exposing the robot to direct sunlight or leaving it out of the water for long periods of time.

To connect or disconnect the robot, simply insert or remove the hose by lifting the valve.

Starting instructions

Gather sheets and towels at the entrance, except mattress protectors and pillow protectors
Wash the dishes and kitchen appliances - Empty the refrigerator
Tidy up and put the furniture and items back in place as on arrival – Take out the trash

AT THE END OF MY STAY, I MAKE SURE TO DEPOSIT MY SORTED WASTE IN THE SORTING BINS.
