STEP 1 | ADDRESS

280 Chem. du Rosaire, 83110 Sanary-sur-Mer

You can park in one of the four communal spaces located at the right-hand entrance to Building A. Other numbered and reserved spaces are not accessible.

If there are no spaces available, nearby streets also offer parking options. Parking in this area is free.

STEP 1 | Building

When you arrive at the front door of the building, please proceed directly to the staircase at the end of the entrance on your left. These stairs will take you directly to the first floor.

Once you reach the first floor, simply exit the staircase and head for the first flat on your immediate right. This is where you’ll be staying.

No noise between 9pm and 8am

No smoking – or vaping

Décret n°2006-1386 du 15 novembre 2006 et Décret n° 2017-633 du 25 avril 2017

Parties/events are not allowed
Animals are not allowed
Property reserved exclusively for guests
Take care of the premises – and the equipment
Non-compliance with the rules:
Immediate termination of stay, without compensation or indemnity!
350€ + cost of restoring accommodation + compensation for damages

In your absence

Turn off the lights, the heating system, and your devices – to save energy
Close windows, shutters, doors – for security, weather risks and local wildlife

Upon your departure

Remove the bed linen and used towels (except mattress and pillow protectors) – and drop them off at the entrance
Retrieve only your personal belongings
Wash the dishes and kitchen appliances – dry them and put them away – Empty the refrigerator
Departure & key return no later than 10am
Report your departure – and any feedback or comments
