We are Roxane and Martin, architects who have been living in Provence for 10 years, having previously lived in Paris, Rome and Athens. We chose to settle in this idyllic spot to raise our children, restore the Provencal heritage with our family and build future-oriented projects. We’re delighted to share with you this historic house, into which we’ve poured our hearts and our discoveries of this magnificent region!

STEP 1 | ADDRESS

Address : 2479 route d’Apt, 84400 Rustrel

2nd address (if the 1st doesn’t work): La basse usine, Quartier Saint Pierre, 84400 Rustrel

If you’re coming from Apt,
you’ll find our house after the hamlet of Jean Jean, 300 meters on the right after the Lagarde d’Apt, Rustrel fork. The access is on a bend, so take care.

If you’re coming from Rustrel,
 leave the village and head for Apt at the traffic circle. Pass the Colorado pizzeria on your left and about 500 meters further on, turn left (a sign will show you the entrance to the path – watch out for bends).

STEP 2 | PARKING

Continue along the path until you reach the parking lot on your left.

⚠️ No parking on condominium lawns or paths

Accessible only from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Close access after each use
Swimming is not supervised
Adult supervision required
Extremely dangerous for your children

  • The indoor pool is located on level -1

STEP 2 | OPERATION

Turn the knob :
– To the right, descend the plateau and open the pool
– On the left, mount the tray and close the pool

Shared spaces

The first floor features a living room with a fireplace on the left-hand side.

The basement, accessed by a staircase descending to the right, houses the kitchen, dining room and swimming pool.

STEP 4 | ROOMS

Private area

The key to your room is located directly on the door.

Second floor:

  • Nonna’s room is at the top of the stairs, on the right.
  • The “Amis” suite is at the end of the corridor, on the left.
  • The “Cousines” suite is at the end of the corridor, on the right.


Second floor:

  • Pappou’s bedroom is on the landing.


First floor:

  • The Parrain’s room is at the end of the corridor, on the right.

STEP 5 | PLANS

  • Nonna’s room is at the top of the stairs, on the right as you reach the second floor.
  • The “Amis” suite is on the second floor, at the end of the corridor, on the left.
  • The “Cousines” suite is on the second floor, at the end of the corridor on the right.
  • Pappou’s room is on the second floor landing.
  • The Parrain’s room is on the first floor, on the right, at the end of the corridor.

No noise between 9pm and 8am

350€ + cost of restoring accommodation + compensation for damages

In your absence

Turn off the lights, the heating system, and your devices – to save energy
Close windows, shutters, doors – for security, weather risks and local wildlife

Upon your departure

Remove the bed linen and used towels (except mattress and pillow protectors) – and drop them off at the entrance
Retrieve only your personal belongings
Wash the dishes and kitchen appliances – dry them and put them away – Empty the refrigerator
Departure & key return no later than 10am
Report your departure – and any feedback or comments
