Getting to the Residence

⚠️Park only in the parking lot at the entrance to the residence.
You can drive forward briefly to unload your belongings, then please move your vehicle to the parking lot.

Entering your apartment

STEP 3 | APARTMENT

🔑 On arrival, go straight to your apartment: the door will be opened and the keys will be waiting for you inside.

During the high season, reception is open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 12:00pm.
I can also be reached by phone outside these hours if necessary.

House Rules

No noise between 9pm and 8am

No smoking – or vaping

Parties/events are not allowed
15€/day - Leash compulsory - Pick up droppings
Property reserved exclusively for guests
Take care of the premises – and the equipment
Non-compliance with the rules:
Immediate termination of stay, without compensation or indemnity!
350€ + cost of restoring accommodation + compensation for damages

In your absence

Turn off the lights, the heating system, and your devices – to save energy
Close windows, shutters, doors – for security, weather risks and local wildlife

Upon your departure

Remove the bed linen and used towels (except mattress and pillow protectors) – and drop them off at the entrance
Retrieve only your personal belongings
Wash the dishes and kitchen appliances – dry them and put them away – Empty the refrigerator
Departure & key return no later than 10am
Report your departure – and any feedback or comments

Swimming pool rules & operation

Pool access:
To enter, simultaneously press the handle and release the gate lock. No key is required, the system is secure.

Keeping the water warm:
The pool is heated during the cooler periods of the season. Please put the cover back on after your swim to keep the water warm for everyone.

Pool towels :

  • Don’t forget to bring your pool towels.
  • Towels are also available for hire for €5.
  • In the event of loss, damage or theft, a €15 deposit will be required.
Accessible only from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Close access after each use
